Sunday it’s a Wonderful day for planning and making sure the next week will be your best week.
Here are some of the things I do and you need to start do in every Sunday and how, by doing so, I avoid the Monday blues, feeling overwhelmed or anxious about the week ahead.

Get Enough Sleep
it’s important to give yourself a proper night of sleep before tackling Monday! When you wake up after a good night of sleep, you’ll feel more relaxed and refreshed and ready to face the day.
Clean Up Your Electronics
After a week of snacking and then typing, your keyboard can get pretty grubby. Same with your phone. So take a few minutes and give all your electronics a wipe down.
Organize your drawers and closet. Finding clothes in the morning will be a lot easier if you can actually see where things are.
